Your First Appointment 

During your first therapy session you can expect this session to be a period of learning.  The goal of the first therapy session is to get to know you and your goals.  Though future visits may focus on some of the more challenging events going on in your life, the first session is really built to help the therapist get an understanding of who you are and what is important to you. 

For your first session, you will need to fill out some necessary forms which will be sent via email .  You will also need to bring a copy of your insurance card and identification.
